Camp Truth

For: Outgoing K-3rd Grade
Dates: Monday-Thursday / July 14-17
Location: World Outreach Church
Cost: $30

Campers will be challenged as they discover God’s truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth. Adventure awaits each day as campers explore the Bible, create Godly friendships, and develop positive character traits. Register here.

Kids Choir Camp

For: Rising 4th-6th Grades
Dates: Monday-Thursday, June 23-26
Location: World Outreach Church
Cost: $35

Kids Choir Camp is for rising 4th-6th grade students that are interested in singing, acting, or dancing. The students will select a track, and focus on that talent with the help of our volunteers throughout the week. On the final day of camp, participants will perform for their family and friends. Character Quest

For: Outgoing 4th & 5th Grade
Dates: Monday-Friday / June 9-13
Location: World Outreach Church

Character Quest is a Christ-Centered Summer Camp that is experientially based, truth focused, full of energy, and packed with fun designed for students who have completed 4th or 5th grade. We believe the best way to build character is through life-changing experiences. Students will spend Monday through Friday engaged in activities that will develop leadership and positive character traits designed to influence others for Christ. Daily worship and Biblical teaching are part of the schedule. Activities include a ropes course with a zip line, climbing tower, and The Flying Squirrel. Fun, interactive, and team-building games such as archery tag, 9-square, spike ball, giant Jenga, and many more! Register here.

Student Ministries Camp

For: Outgoing 6th – 11th Grades
Dates: Saturday – Wednesday / June 28 – July 2
Location: Ocoee Retreat Center, Ocoee TN

Student Ministries Summer Camp is a 5 day/4 night adventure for students who have completed 6th-11th grades. Participants will go to Ocoee, TN for an unforgettable week of challenges and excitement. Students will create Godly friendships and pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Camp activities include Biblical teaching, high ropes, mud run, paintball, wave pool, tubing, white-water rafting and more. Register here.

Q: Is financial assistance available?
A: Yes. For more information, please contact Marcy Everett at [email protected].

Q: Does the same person that drops off have to be the same person that picks up?
A: No, however the pickup process for each camp is different. More information about pick-up and drop-off will be sent after registration is completed.

Q: Can I pick who is in my child’s group at camp?
A: Building groups for camp is an extensive process. We will do our best to honor special requests, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q: If camp fills up, is there a waiting list?
A: Yes. In the event we have cancellations for each camp, we will begin notifying the first families on the waiting list. Notifications will be sent to the email used to register for the waiting list.

Q: What if my student is in Advance Track?
A: Students in Advance Track will receive notification regarding camp discount earned by April 1. Please do not register your student for any camp prior to receiving that notification. If you have additional questions, please contact Sandy Northrup at [email protected].

Q: Where do I drop off my student for camp?
A: You will be provided detailed drop-off/pick-up instructions for each camp following registration.

Q: What if my child has a food allergy?
A: If your child has food allergies, you may want to pack his/her snack and or lunch each day if attending CQ or Camp Truth. The facility for Student Ministries Camp can accommodate most food allergies.

Q: Is there a waiver or release form required for my child to participate?
A: Each camp requires its own specific waiver or release form. More information about the required documents will be sent in the confirmation email following registration.

Q: What does my child need to bring to camp?
A: As we get closer to your child’s camp, an email will be sent out with a detailed packing list.

Q: When does camp registration close?
A: If capacity is not met, camp registration will close two weeks prior to camp.

Q: Can friends who don’t attend WOC register to participate in WOC Camps?
A: Yes. We encourage students of all ages to invite friends from their circle of influence to register and participate in our summer camps. Please let us know if you are inviting a friend who does not attend WOC to help us with group pairings.

Q: What is the refund policy for camp registrations?
A: Refunds for camp registrations will be issued to families according to the following timelines:

• Character Quest – refunds will be issued with written notice of cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to camp start date.
• Kids Choir Camp – refunds will be issued with written notice of cancellation up to 1 week prior to camp start date.
• Camp Truth – refunds will be issued with written notice of cancellation up to 1 week prior to camp start date.
• Student Ministries Camp (junior high and high school camp) – refunds will be issued with written notice of cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure for camp.

Q: Why does the registration link take me to a login page?
A: We have set this special security feature on registration so you can access you family’s information. If you registered for camp last year you would have created a login. If you do not remember that login, please click the forgot account button to reset your information. If you know you do not have a login please click the register button to create a login. Once you have logged in or created an account  you will immediately be directed to the camp registration page.
