Lead with an Intentional Faith

I intend to lead with my faith in 2025.

If you have never accepted Jesus as Lord of your life, start by praying this prayer:
A Prayer for Beginning a Life of Faith:
Almighty God, I am a sinner, and I need a Savior. Forgive me for my sins. I forgive those who have sinned against me. I believe Jesus is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He was raised to life for my justification. I choose Him as Lord of my life today, and I want to serve Him with my whole heart. Amen.

I intend to lead with my faith by forgiving.
A Prayer to Forgive and Be Forgiven:
Heavenly Father, give me a forgiving heart—a heart like Yours. Teach me to forgive others as You have forgiven me. I release those who have caused me pain and heartache. Please also forgive me when I hurt others. Create within me a clean heart that is pleasing in Your sight. If there is anything that separates me from Your best, help me to recognize it and show me the path to freedom. In Jesus’ name, amen.

I intend to lead with my faith with my resources.
A Prayer Offering My Resources to the Lord:
Heavenly Father, teach me to be a generous person, giving to those in need around me. Give me the discipline to manage my resources well. I recognize You have given all of them to me. Help me to return a portion of those resources to You, in loving gratitude for Your provision physically and spiritually. Thank You for all You’ve given me—even the things I take for granted. Give me the courage and willingness to share those blessings with others. In Jesus’ name, amen.

 I intend to lead with my faith in my home.
A Prayer to Invite God into Your Home:
Heavenly Father, I pray Your presence would fill my home with Your peace and protection. Give me the wisdom to make choices in my home that honor You and bring great blessings into my life and the lives of those around me. I know nothing is hidden from Your sight. Direct my steps so they are pleasing to You. May the peace of God and the joy of the Lord fill my home each day. In Jesus’ name, amen.

I intend to lead with my faith at work.
A Prayer to Invite God into Your Daily Work
Heavenly Father, awaken me to Your purposes for my life. I believe You have placed me in my current position to bring You glory. In the midst of my routines and responsibilities, help me to be aware of possibilities and assignments You present. Forgive me when I grumble and complain. I trust You to provide the resources, strength, patience, and whatever else is needed to enable me to thrive. Thank You for Your faithfulness to me. In Jesus’ name, amen.

For God’s Intervention

Pray these short prayers with someone who needs God’s intervention:

INVITE THE LORD’S INTERVENTION
Heavenly Father, nothing is impossible for You. We ask for Your intervention. Let Your power and grace be made evident. In Jesus’ name, amen.

INVITE THE LORD’S HEALING
Almighty God, thank You for the doctors and health care available to us.
You are our Healer, and we ask for Your intervention. Bring health, life, and freedom from pain. Open a path toward health and wholeness. In Jesus’ name, amen.

INVITE THE LORD’S PROVISION
Heavenly Father, You are the provider of all things. We ask now for Your provision in our lives. We put our trust in You, and we lay aside worry and anxiety. In Jesus’ name, amen.
