Using stories from the Bible, we teach your children these three truths:

• God made me
• God loves me
• Jesus wants to be my friend forever

In the Nursery, we are blessed with volunteers and paid staff to ensure the best possible care is given to our babies! Female paid staff are tasked with diaper changes and helping with potty visits, and all paid staff are CPR certified. We understand this may be a “first” when leaving your child in our care. We are grateful for that privilege and will happily work with your family to make sure you and your child feel comfortable and loved. The Nursery wing is located at the west end of the Three Crosses Lobby.

Our Infant and Crawler rooms are equipped with cribs, bassinets, mats, rocking chairs, bottle warmers, highchair tables, age-appropriate toys, extra clothes, diapers, wipes, and many other essentials. We strive to keep the schedule you ask us to keep (feeding, sleeping, etc.). We do our best to enable you to attend service without interruption; however, sometimes babies let us know that they would like to see mom or dad. In those cases, we will reach out to you via text message. We ask that you keep us informed of your current cell phone number and that you can receive silenced notifications during service. Your child will stay in this room until they begin to walk.

Our toddler rooms grow with your child! They are equipped with mats, rocking chairs, highchair tables, age-appropriate toys, bubbles, extra clothes, diapers, wipes, and many other essentials. The volunteers and staff in these rooms engage with your child(ren) using songs, books, and play. With parent permission, Cheerios and water are offered. If this is not a snack you want your child to have, just let us know! You are welcome to bring in a different snack, as long as it is nut-free. Your child will stay in this room until they turn 2-years-old.

Our 2- & 3-year-olds graduate from highchair tables to short tables and chairs. These rooms have access to size-appropriate toilets (lovingly referred to as “squatty potties”), so we can assist in potty training. We use a curriculum written in-house to teach these children foundational truths and God’s love. We work on the same Bible lesson and memory verse for the entire month. Every week we provide a different craft to help the children connect to the story. The memory verse is always posted outside the classroom, so you can see what it is and partner with us to help your child(ren) tuck God’s Word into their hearts. With parent permission, Cheerios, Goldfish, and water are offered. If this is not a snack you want your child to have, just let us know! You are welcome to bring in a different snack, as long as it is nut-free. Your child will stay in the 2-year-old room until their 3rd birthday, and then they will stay in the 3-year-old room until their 4th birthday, when they will move over to Early Childhood.
